Buying Inspections

Buying Inspections

Having a precision buyer inspection when purchasing your new or existing home is vital, knowledge of the unknown is key. Knowledge of the condition and performance of a home at the time of the inspection can reveal much more than merely the “buy/Don’t Buy Decision” information.
An experienced inspector will take the time to point out possible future areas of upgrade and items to watch as well as money saving tips.  The old adage still holds true “You Get What You Pay FOR”, so take the time to “inspect” the inspector, see my quick list of interview items for inspectors, if your chosen inspector grades well on these, then so will you as an interviewer and you can bet you will get a most qualified inspection, even if you choose someone else!
