About CPIAbout CPI

Our Covenant

To provide each of our clients with an individualized property inspection report, and a consultative discussion regarding minor vs. major property repairs or recommended upgrades, also paying special attention to safety hazards.  Integrity, objectivity, and trust are the pillars of our company. We want to help our clients feel secure in their decision to invest in a property, and sellers to know any areas requiring special attention before listing their property.

Our Process

Your customized home inspection report will be thorough, detailed, objective, documented with photos and video clips; CPI reports are written in a language readily understood by all. It will include a summary section with the high points of the areas of concern for repairs and/or further evaluation by subject matter experts. You will have the information necessary to make the decision concerning the best interests for you and your family. Your report will include a property specific family safety review and home maintenance guidelines to extend the useful life of many of the key components of the property. A confidential consultation is available after the inspection to cover any issues that you would like to keep private. Your inspector will be available to you prior and after the inspection by cell phone and email.

Why choose us?

A property inspection is one of the most important investments one will make in a lifetime. A thorough home inspection can prevent one from unknowingly “buying” extensive repairs. There can be numerous problems with a property that cannot be identified by an untrained eye, even homes that appear to have been well maintained can have issues to be addressed before going on the market or before the home changes ownership.
If you are selling your property, a thorough inspection can help you assess if you need to make repairs or improvements before listing or provide potential buyers an allowance for these items.
Covenant Property Inspections, LLC, is highly qualified to access your property, also searching for hazardous waste, pollutants, or dangerous areas that could be in your new home or commercial property. Our professional staff is quick to respond to your inquiries, and can provide you with a variety of inspection options to choose from. Whether you need your home accessed for seller, buyer, new construction, warranty review; we’re the right licensed and insured home inspection business for your needs.
